A simple visit for peace of mind.
We visit your loved one’s gravesite, take a preliminary look at the marker and surrounding area, and share one current photo with a brief update. It’s a thoughtful starting point when you’d like to know how the resting place looks before arranging further care.

Headstone deep cleaning From $75 add-on
Additional cleaning for heavier biological buildup or staining, assessed by marker material, size and condition. Separate from routine cleaning; no structural repairs.
A visit just for a tribute Quoted before scheduling
Only need flowers or a memorial item placed? We’ll quote the arrangement and separate delivery visit together.
Add-on prices apply during a scheduled care visit and are additional to your care plan. Custom quotes include agreed materials, arrangement and placement. One standard gravesite in our confirmed local service area; larger plots, heavy overgrowth or additional travel are quoted in advance. Placement follows cemetery rules.

Ask about digital or framed gravesite photographs, a charcoal-style rendering from a photograph, pressed-flower upgrades, personalized names and inscriptions, or help locating a family gravesite and researching its story.
We confirm the design, available sizes, materials, research scope and timing with you. Shipping and protective packaging, where available, are quoted separately before you approve the total.
Artwork is made from photographs rather than rubbings on historic stones. Photography follows cemetery rules and required permissions. Botanical materials are purchased or grown for the artwork. Historical details are checked before inclusion, and family or archival images require appropriate permission.

Can I request just one visit?
Yes. Contact us about a one-time visit, an important date or ongoing care.
Do you cover my loved one’s cemetery?
We serve Galveston and nearby Galveston County communities. Send the cemetery name and location so we can confirm coverage and cemetery requirements before arranging care.
Can I start with a simple check-in?
Yes. Gravesite Check-In includes a preliminary visual walkthrough, one photo and a brief update. Share the cemetery and plot details so we can confirm the visit and price. Cleaning, tidying and flowers are separate services.
What does care cost?
Essential Care is $59 for one visit, Legacy Care is $89 and Special Tribute is $129. Legacy Monthly is $49 per month for one scheduled Essential Care visit—a $10 saving versus a one-time visit. We confirm your selected services and any add-ons before scheduling.
Can I arrange care in advance?
Yes. Ask about monthly or quarterly care, important dates and advance arrangements. Share your wishes so we can discuss a suitable schedule.
Can you place something I provide?
Yes. Contact us to coordinate personal items or memorial tributes before sending anything. Placement depends on cemetery rules and the item’s suitability.
What if I don’t know the exact plot location?
Share the name and cemetery information you have. We’ll discuss what’s needed to locate the gravesite.
PAYMENT MADE SIMPLE

Start with a care request. Once we confirm the services or keepsake design, any required cemetery access, timing and the total price, we send you a secure PayPal invoice.
Use the payment link in your invoice.
Your invoice lists the care and any agreed flowers or add-ons. Pay through the secure checkout options shown on the invoice; card payment is available without a PayPal account. You receive a receipt after payment.
For monthly care, we agree on the billing schedule with you first. Sending a request does not authorize automatic charges.
